Ladies, keep bum on seat until ZERO doubt to avoid being stranded on dance floor.
Incidentally my advice is that in case of any cabeceo cock-ups folks should try to find a way to signal they know what’s happened, and signal sorry before it gets awkward. I’ve now resolved the situation I described in this post with an apology (from me), but for several weeks things were uncomfortable and I’d honestly rather they hadn’t been. You live and learn eh?

Ha ha ha, I stood up today only to have to sit down…Helen had to explain the importance of staying sat until they’re right in front of you and you’re completely sure…even then I was never completely sure all afternoon!

Most definitely his loss. Does he know what he is missing? I never saw your sis, obviously she was not hanging over the motorway bridge as I passed. I never saw Dino either, still we had a good night. I will post when I get time.

This week has been less dancing and more writing for me – got the edit of my book back and now working to finalise the content.

I know your experience has been shared often with friends of mine. The true milonguero will realise his mistake and maybe even make a joke of it. If he is not man enough to try again, perhaps he is not worth the bother.
Here am I trying to not get too down about not being in Buenos Aires, and you keep reminding me. Your posts are as near as I can get for now.
Where am I flying to? Well we are off to Warrington tonight. Warrington??? Well there is a new milonga on there, hoping to meet some old friends, maybe even Dino’s wife from Hurlingham. We were suposed to meet when I was last over, but they left to get married. Do I get to kiss the bride? I will let you know.
